Leo was 5 stars all the way. I had started with another agency which wasted a lot of my time in what I would call embellishing the process. Leo was direct and cut to the case. He was there to answer all questions and was very efficient.He gave me guidelines on pricing and the codo unit sold in two days at a fair price.He even negotiated a higher price than list by a few thousand dollars I already owned two other units in the building and was anxious to get out from under real estate taxes and maintenance fees.I recommended him to someone else in the building and he sold their place as well.
